Living Large or Playing Small?

Expand your vision, dream BIG again, a life by design!

“Living my best life” “Living the dream” These statements we often hear just thrown around casually, right? Do we actually live our best life? too often I think not. We tend to live the life we think we have to live, the life we’ve been dealt, but don’t actually make any moves or steps to make that change to live the life that we really want, the life of our dreams.

Coming off the back of a BIG weekend. Those of you who follow me on social media would’ve seen, I had our big Australasia training conference with Arbonne. It’s been 3 years since I’ve been in that arena in person, and I was over virtual events and so ready to be with everyone in person. During this weekend something was very apparent to me, I realised the last 2 1/2 years had really roughed me up a bit and I had lost clarity of my vision. My vision became blurred and that Big Picture, Dreaming Large Thinking, had faded a little.

Prior to being locked up and locked out from the World, I was always sharing my God-sized dreams and challenging myself and others to stop playing small, however I actually realised I had downsized my dreams. I think over the last few years there has been a lot of disappointment, a lot of cancellations, a lot of restrictions, really snuffing out that excitement. It got to the stage where you started to think, I won’t get too excited just in case… Maybe I won’t have too much of an expectation, so I don’t get disappointed….. AGAIN!

I didn’t realise how much I had downsized my vision and started playing it down. Can anyone relate? It’s so easy to shelve your dreams, push the pause button on your vision and just live day to day, only thinking of the NOW. I want to encourage you to pick those dreams up again, take them back off the shelf, expand your vision once again, get those God-sized dreams back and RUN so hard with it. We all need to get back that fire and ignite that passion again for the things that you love and know are burning inside of you.

Don’t ever be apologetic about your dreams, you need to protect your vision fiercely! My God is huge and the plans and the future that he has designed for us is MAGNANIMOUS! It’s massive and He never wants us to think small, He never wants us to look down and think “Oh no I won’t think too big, let’s just pull it down a notch” That is not the life God designed for you and I.

Don’t ever feel guilty for dreaming BIG and having a desire for MORE, our God is the God of MUCH MORE! Don’t ever allow other people’s opinions or perceptions call you out on your dreams and vision. Dreaming of driving a G-Wagon or a Lamborghini does not make you materialistic it tells me you know you are worthy of more.

Pull that vision board back out and start dreaming huge again! We are only on this earth for a small season, we only have this life once and God did not put us here to live small, He wants us to live life abundantly, to live it large and in charge!

Now that you have pulled that BIG vision back to the forefront of your mind and heart, it’s time to put the action behind it. Big Vision and Big Faith calls for Big Action. If it’s a goal, a dream or transformation you desire, action must be attached to that, otherwise it’s just a fantasy.

So, let’s get into massive action and start making the adjustments we need and making moves towards what you desire. We can all live our life by design and live fulfilled full of purpose, on purpose!

Did you know it’s not just about you, it’s not just about me! When we walk in our God given purpose, unafraid to pursue BIG vision and BIG dreams, we are showing others what is possible, BIG vision gives people hope and it helps others dream big again.
